Currency Fluctuations
For non-US hotels, rates confirmed in USD may be converted to local currency by the hotel at your time of stay, based on the exchange rate used by the hotel and are subject to exchange rate fluctuations. Credit card charges are subject to additional currency conversions by banks or credit card companies, which are not within the hotel's control and may impact the amount charged to your credit card. Please contact the hotel if you have any questions.
Compulsory New Year's Eve Gala Dinner - December 31, 2011
Guests staying in the resort over New Year's Eve, December 31 will be required to attend our New Year's Eve Gala Dinner. The price for this special dinner is 200 EUR per adult and 100 EUR per child aged 4-12 years. Children 3 and under are complimentary. Please contact the resort for further information.
Hotel Policies
Alcohol Policy
Alcoholic beverage service is restricted to those 18 years or older (with valid identification).
Check Cashing Policy
The hotel does not offer check cashing services.
Early Departure Policy
In case of early departure, guests confirmed at non-restricted rate will be charged a penalty equal to 50% of guest's remaining stay. During the festive seasons 100% penalty will apply.
Crib Policy
Cribs are provided upon request at no charge. Hotel does not provide blankets, bumpers or pillows with our cribs. Guests must bring their own.
Family Plan Policy
Children 12 and under sleep free in existing room bedding. Rollaways, child rollaways and cribs may incur extra charges.
Pet Policy
Pets are not allowed.
